All rugs sold within the contiguous United States are shipped at no additional charge or “FREE SHIPPING”. We normally ship using FedEx Ground. If you reside outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a shipping quote before you purchase. Rugs are normally shipped within 5 days of cleared payment. Sometimes it may take longer if we feel the rug needs further cleaning or repair prior to shipping. We will contact you if this is the case. FedEx Ground generally delivers within 1 to 6 days depending on your location. Tracking is automatically provided. Rugs shipped outside the USA may be subject to duties, taxes, or tariffs. It is always the buyers responsibility to pay any of these costs.
